Rules & Agreements.
The present Agreement regulates all matters concerning cooperation and business relationships that arise or may arise between MONKEYNEO LTD (the Company) and the Client (the Investor) during provision of services to the Clients.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any individual who has reached the age of majority, regardless of country, background, or belief, is eligible to become a client of the company.
An individual becomes a client and enters into agreement only after creating an account on www.monkeyneo.com and accepting the terms and conditions.
Clients are not required to submit identity documents or any materials containing personal information.
The Company and the Client confirm that all interactions are treated as private transactions. The terms and details of these transactions must remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties.
All actions carried out by the Client are voluntary.
By registering on the website, each client agrees to all terms of this Agreement in full. Clients who do not accept any provision of the Agreement are not permitted to use the services provided.
If a client violates the Agreement, the website administration reserves the right to block the account without issuing a refund.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Access to this resource (the website) is available only after registration, which creates a personal account.
During registration, the client must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. The email will be used for password recovery if needed. To access a personal account, the user must create a login and password.
The Client must maintain full confidentiality when storing their password, login credentials, and any other details used on the company website.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any personal information disclosed if the Client, whether accidentally or intentionally, grants third parties access to their account.
The Client acknowledges that maintaining the security and confidentiality of authorization data, and preventing third‑party access, is their sole responsibility.
Clients are advised that neither www.monkeyneo.com nor its employees will ever request disclosure of account passwords
The Client agrees to inform the Company of any changes to the information provided during registration."
If a client loses their account password, they may initiate a free password reset. Once the process is completed, a new password will be sent to the client’s registered email address.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one account within the project. If multiple accounts are detected, the website administration reserves the right to block them without issuing a refund.
PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS
The Company is required to calculate and distribute income in accordance with the established investment plans.
Referral commissions are paid exclusively in the currency of the e‑payment system used by the referral to make their deposit.
The Company does not issue referral commissions for deposits funded from a referral’s account balance.
The Client has the right to open one or more concurrent deposits at their own discretion.
The Company does not permit clients to withdraw deposit amounts before maturity; all deposits are final.
The Client may withdraw accrued profits only in the same e‑currency used to open the deposit.
The Client has the right to manage and use their profits at their own discretion.
To withdraw funds, the Client must provide their payment details to the Company’s administration.
The Client agrees to use only payment instruments registered in their own name to fund the account and withdraw funds.
The Company is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect details or payments made to inaccurate requisites.
The Client agrees not to pursue claims for any losses resulting from their violation of this Agreement.
All withdrawal requests are handled manually. Payments are processed within 12 business hours of the request.
